2023 Camp Readiness Weekend
Event Dates: May 5-7, 2023
Annual volunteer work weekend to prepare Camp for summer peak season. Attendance, lodging and meal provided at no-cost for participants.

4:00PM - 10:00PM Camp Check-in (no meal service provided Friday night)
Saturday May 6, 2023
8:00AM - 9:30AM Camp Check in, Breakfast
Egg bites, gluten-free yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, danish, juice, milk, coffee
9:30AM - 12:00PM Project Work Time
12:30PM - 1:30PM Lunch
Mia’s brick oven pizza, Cesar salad, chips
2:00PM - 5:00PM Project Work Time
6:00PM - 7:00PM Dinner
BBQ, sesame flank steak, mixed greens summer salad, roasted maple butternut brussel sprouts w/cranberry medley, dinner bread, beer, wine, beverages, jello and cake.
7:00PM - 8:30PM Campfire, smores and board games

Grounds Clean-up.
Process Firewood.
Paint Upper Restroom Wall Panels.
Build Manzanita Cabin entry steps (at Shop).
Gibson Hall Renovations, Install Wood Paneling.
Remove back steps at Gibson Hall.
Build Deboer Hall Fire Locker Doors (at Shop).
