2024 Friends & Family Camp Readiness Weekend
Event Dates: May 3-5, 2024
Annual Camp Sylvester friends & family volunteer work weekend event to enjoy a weekend in Pinecrest while preparing Camp facilities for summer peak season. Attendance, lodging and meal provided at no-cost for participants.

Egg bites, gluten-free yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, danish, juice, milk, coffee
9:30AM - 12:00PM Project Work Time
12:30PM - 1:30PM Lunch
Mia’s brick oven pizza, Cesar salad
2:00PM - 5:00PM Project Work Time
6:00PM - 7:00PM Dinner
BBQ gourmet burgers, mixed greens summer salad, orzo with artichoke pasta salad, beer, wine, beverages and cake.
7:00PM - 8:30PM Campfire, smores and board games

Gibson Hall, Remove and Replace Kitchen Door.
Build Redwood Cabin Interior Walls.
Build Picnic Table Kits.
Repair Archery Area.
Install Decorative Rock Planter Border.
Shift Bunks at Thiemann Cabin.
Shift Bunks at Redwood Cabin.
